You’ve heard us talk about our charity partner, Wine To Water, a lot. Why? Because we LOVE them! We love the work that they do and the people we get to work with.
In honor of the month of love, we’d like to go deeper into our history together and share why we’re so excited about the future.

In 2011, we partnered with Wine To Water, with one mission in mind: To end the global water crisis. Since that time, we have been able to donate over $20,000 through both company and customer donations. FiltersFast.com gives each customer the opportunity to donate to Wine To Water at checkout and we take care of all administration fees so that each whole dollar donated is given directly to Wine To Water.

We’ve been able to do a lot since our partnership began, here are a few highlights from the past couple of years:
- In 2017 over 44,000 lives were impacted as a result of Wine To Water’s International Programs.
- Wine To Water hosted their first ever Summit in Blowing Rock, NC in September 2018 and FiltersFast.com was able to become one of the principal sponsors. What an incredible weekend it was!
- Last November, we were able to host Doc and a few members of the Wine To Water staff at our corporate office in Charlotte, NC. Our team members were able to assemble close to 100 Sawyer filters for Wine To Water. Each Sawyer filter, if properly taken care of, will provide a family with water for over 10 years. Sawyer filters remove 99999%of all bacteria and protozoa, including disease-causing organisms such as salmonella, cholera, E.coli, giardia, and cryptosporidium. Wine To Water distributes these filters all over the world to people who have been impacted by disasters and those who lack access to clean water regularly.
In 2018, we announced that a portion of the proceeds from refrigerator filter sales will be donated to our charity partner, Wine To Water. The kicker? We’re donating a minimum of $15,000 a month. We are so excited to give you, our customers, another way to make an even greater impact!
Clean and filtered water is essential to life, and we cannot express the importance of changing your filters regularly. FiltersFast.com also believes that everyone around the world should have access to clean, life-giving water, and that is why the company is constantly looking for more ways to help end the global water crisis.
